We trade, import, and sell hairstyling tools, grooming products, personal-care items, and related accessories. Product descriptions and images are provided to the best of our ability, but slight variations may occur.

4. Orders & Payments

• Prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams).
• We accept credit/debit cards (processed securely by Stripe), cash on delivery (within UAE), bank transfer, and approved net terms for B2B customers.
• Full payment is required before order processing, unless agreed net terms apply.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud or unauthorised activity.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Free delivery within Dubai.
• AED 25 overnight delivery to other Emirates (1-2 business days).
• GCC shipping starts from AED 60 (5-7 business days).
• Deliveries are fulfilled by Quickup or other third-party couriers. Tracking numbers will be provided.
• Import duties and customs (e.g. 5% VAT in Oman, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain) are the responsibility of the customer.

Our full Refund & Exchange Policy applies. In short:

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
• Personal-care and grooming products, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Warranty

Many of our products carry manufacturer or seller warranties. Where applicable, warranty terms are shown on the product page. Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorised repair is not covered. File a claim from /warranty.

8. Limitation of Liability

Afaq Alnaseem Trading LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, courier delays, or events beyond our control.

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with third parties except as required for order fulfilment, payment processing, or as compelled by law.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Dubai, UAE.
