• Dubai: free delivery on orders of AED 100 or more; orders under AED 100 have a flat AED 12.50 delivery fee.
• Other Emirates: flat AED 25, next-day delivery.
• Orders are processed within 24 hours, except Fridays and UAE public holidays.
• We ship with trusted partners; you receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

• Countries covered: Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain.
• Delivery time: 5-7 business days.
• Shipping fee: starting from AED 60 for most lightweight shipments.
• Heavy or bulky items may incur extra charges, shown at checkout.

Important: customs duties, VAT, and clearance fees are set by each country's government and paid by the customer.

• Orders placed before 4 PM UAE time usually ship the same day.
• Tracking details are emailed/SMSed as soon as the courier collects your order.
