Return & Exchange Period

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
• Only unused products in their original packaging, with tags and accessories, are eligible.

Eligibility

• Products must be unused and in original condition.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
• For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal-care and grooming products cannot be accepted.
• For products returned in a used condition, Afaq Alnaseem Trading LLC reserves full discretion to reject the return.

Within UAE

Exchanges

• Defective products - free of charge.
• Non-defective products - AED 25 exchange fee applies (if the replacement item is in stock).

Refunds

• Refunds are only possible for unused products.
• Processing time: 7-10 business days.

GCC Countries (Outside UAE)

Exchanges

• Defective products - free of charge (we cover all shipping).
• Non-defective products - AED 200 exchange fee (AED 100 inbound + AED 100 outbound shipping).

Refunds

• Possible only for unused products approved after inspection.
• Processing time: 10 business days after confirmation.

Jordan, Lebanon, Greece, Armenia, Georgia & Kenya

• Shipping cost: AED 119 for up to 2 kg.
• Returns: accepted only for faulty unused products within 14 days of delivery.
• Used products: we reserve the right to reject the return at full discretion.
• Refunds: processed within 15 business days of confirmation.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost. You can also file a warranty claim directly at /warranty.
